Cast and Crew Bios

Hello hope you all had a nice snow-filled day!

Before we start getting the technical side of the show on the road, we have to get everyone's bios in. To do that, ALL cast and crew members need to email Chris Rentzel (chrisrentzel@gmail.com) by Tuesday, February 12 by 8 AM. If bios are not submitted, the space for your bio will either be empty or simply filled with "No bio submitted." If you are struggling with what to put in your bio, there is an example below. Bios cannot be any longer than 60 words and should be turned in ASAP.

Ex. "Bobby is thrilled to be a part of Reality Warp! He is excited to portray the monumental role of Rock #7 in The Rocks are Falling. You may have seen Bobby in Chicken Little as the role of Tree #4 and Pebble #2. Bobby would like to thank his family and friends for their unconditional support throughout the show."

Work Party Cancellation 2/9

Our weekend build party tomorrow, Feb. 9, is cancelled due to potential weather problems. Since we are a school-based program, our cancellations regarding weather are mostly decided based on PPS general weather decisions. As always, we will post updates about the show as more information comes in.

Stay safe!

Weather plan

Next week there will be a run through everyday from 3:30 to 7:30. This means that the whole cast will be called all of next week. This way if it snows no individual show will suffer.
Run crew will also be called these day so we can start to run through transitions

Monday the 18th there is not school but we are asking you to keep it open from 10 to 10. This allows for future scheduling to make up for any time lost.

On Wednesday the 20th there is the SAT and it is a early release. Everyone will be called at 3:30 to prep for the run and should be prepared to stay till 8.

If we lose enough rehearsal time, a possible back up plan is that the first weekend may be moved to the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the second week. This means that there would be a full week of shows. Also reminder this is just a possibility.

If you have any concerns about this schedule contact you director.

As for this weekend and the work party it will ultimately come down to whether or not Jim thinks it is safe to come in. If he decides that we can come in then it is then up to you to determine if its safe for you to come in. To all of those who aren't required to be at work parties we encourage you to come help on Saturday if you can. It would be much appreciated and you then get the satisfaction of bringing the show together.
If the work party is cancelled then we will find another time to make up for it.

Head Shots and Posters

Reminder that on Friday Chris will be coming in to take pictures of everyone for the program. All actors are already required to be there for rehearsal and will be given time to get their pictures taken. If you are on crew you should stop by after school to get you picture taken as well. And remember if you don't get your picture taken on Friday you will be a faceless name in the program.

Also here is a picture of the poster. All of you are encouraged to share it and spread it around as much as you can. Get the word out and get people to come see the show.
