!!Costumes Info!!

Tomorrow during the full cast rehearsal the costumes crew will be pulling people for measurements and trying on costumes. If you were requested to bring in something from home Please Do So Tomorrow they want to get as much done as possible while they have the cast here.

Reminder Full cast is required to be here until 6:30 unless communicated with your directors.

Here are a list of items requested for tomorrows rehearsal:

Costumes

First off, I'd like to thank everyone who came to the work party today. A lot of great work was done, and I can already feel an amazing show coming together! Mr. Peerenboom, the costume crew, and other volunteers have started working on the costumes for this show. Attached are two files:

1.) Mood Board

This is the complete mood board for each character of the show. After talks with each individual director and designer, we have chosen to model our characters based on these ideas.

2.) Costume Breakdown

For each costume, these are the specific clothing items needed. Our costume crew has begun looking  in our inventory to see what we already own. However, due to sizing, color, and many other factors, we are asking for your help!

If you already own, are willing to purchase, or are willing to borrow any of your character's items from a friend, please email Mr. Peerenboom BY FRIDAY. This will let us know what we still need to purchase or find.

Once again, thank you to our crew and volunteers at the work party, and we look forward to this coming week of rehearsals!

Congratulations to everyone one our crew! We are excited to start working with you! A few reminders: We have a few work parties coming up, starting this Saturday the 26th and then February 2nd, 9th, and 16th. Build crew will be expected to be at the work parties from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm unless you have given us prior notice to your absence, but we do welcome everyone to come and help.

IMPORTANT- Hard Candy Cast Update

Hello Everyone,

We wanted to update you in a development in the cast of Hard Candy. Due to recent events, we have added another cast member. We are extremely happy to announce that the roles of Emily and Ira will be understudied by Sydney Sallmon!

This development is final and there will be no complaints tolerated by this decision. All directors have noted that if there are any complaints in any of the casts about this new addition, it will be brought to Jim, and will result in consequences, possibly even recasting. We are taking this very seriously and are ready to take measures to ensure a positive community that is supportive of our casting decisions.

We are excited to keep working with you all and hope you have a great last couple days of the semester!

Conflicts

No more new conflicts will be accepted past Friday, February 1st. Conflicts that come up must be immediately discussed with your director, and may result in recasting.

Also ALL cast members must clear ALL conflicts for tech week (February 17th to 23rd) and the second week of performances (pickup rehearsal on February 27th to closing show on March 2nd).
