Auditions!

Auditions for Reality Warp-


Hello everyone! This is the official blog for Lincoln High School's production of Reality Warp. Reality Warp is a series of one act plays directed by your peers at Lincoln.

Audition information follows:


Dates:

Auditions will be held on Monday, Dec. 10th and Tuesday, Dec. 11th, with callbacks on Wednesday, Dec. 13th

As long as you are able to attend at least one audition date, you will be considered- no video submissions will be accepted. If you are not able to attend callbacks, please contact one of your student directors prior to auditions to schedule a time to potentially be seen further.

Prepare:

Please prepare one monologue, preferably from a play or musical. You will be cut off after one minute, so PLEASE KEEP 'EM SHORT! 

Before auditions, you must complete the audition form, which you can find on the door of the theater or on another blog post. Auditions will be held in and around the theater at Lincoln High School. 


At the Audition:

The auditions will begin promptly at 3:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. DO NOT BE LATE! 

A few basic expectations follow:
  • Phones silent or turned off, only to be used during breaks
  • Arrive at auditions early to get settled before they start
  • Make sure the directors know where you are at all times in case they need you for any reason

Post-Auditions:

The callback list will be posted either Tuesday night, or Wednesday morning. Make sure to keep checking the blog for updates regarding the casting process.
